Welcome to Peace of Mind Online GOAL group!
Peace of Mind Foundation’s Online GOAL (Giving Obsessive-Compulsives Another Lifestyle) Group was designed to help OCD sufferers gain self-help skills to improve their quality of life in an atmosphere that offers emotional and practical support. This group will help individuals set achievable goals using evidence-based Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) methods and will provide a peer support system.
