OCTOBER 7TH 
BATON ROUGE OCD CONFERENCE
Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Join us at our Free Baton Rouge OCD Conference on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 9am-5pm at the Crowne Plaza. Learn more about OCD in our OCD 101 Training Class and Managing Life with OCD from experts in the field. Professionals, OCD/Mental Health Sufferers, and Caregivers are encouraged to attend one or both sessions. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

OCTOBER 7TH 
OCD AWARENESS CONFERENCE
Dallas, Texas
Their goal is to provide up to date information on what OCD is and how it is treated. The program is open to: anyone who has OCD, treats OCD, or wants to learn more about OCD. There is no fee for attending the program. If you would like to attend please RSVP to dr.pegmcmahon@gmail.com

OCTOBER 11TH
Peace of Mind OCD Support Group
Houston, Texas
Liz will be leading the support group this week. You won’t want to miss it. If you have never tried a support group before, we want to encourage you to give it a try. Cookies and refreshments will be available. The Peace of Mind Foundation’s OCD Support Group held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 7pm-9pm. The group is led by Dr. John Hart and co-led by Jelani Daniels,LPC. This is an open forum group. Members are not required to disclose information and may speak if they choose. Staff is available for guidance. INAUGURAL OCD CAPITAL WALK
Washington D.C.
One out of 100 people live with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) – a serious mental disorder affecting not only the lives of those who struggle with it, but also those of their families, members, friends and loved ones. On Saturday October 14th, 2017, as International OCD Awareness Week comes to a close, OCD and related disorders community members from around the US – and across the globe – will gather together in Washington D.C. for the inaugural OCD Capital Walk.
