RESOURCES

For families and sufferers struggling with the impact of OCD, education can be your most powerful weapon in the battle to regain control of your lives. We hope you’ll find the following resources helpful. We will continue to update this section as new items become available.

If you are ever feeling suicidal or unsafe please go to your local emergency room, call 911 or call the suicide prevention hotline at 800-273-8255.

When looking for the right help there are many treatment options available. Treatment for OCD includes self-help options, outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy and residential treatment centers. In this section, you will find a list of residential and specialty programs. In addition, you will find links to both a treatment provider search and a support group search through the International OCD Foundation website.
