It is common for people with OCD to be extremely critical of themselves. We have scientific evidence that a self-compassion practice can increase motivation, improve self-esteem, decrease anxiety and emotional regulation and increase overall wellbeing. Our hope in this seminar is to teach you some basic Self-Compassion tools that you can use anytime in your recovery and then provide you with a Q&A for your questions. By Kimberley Quinlan, LMFT
